Marching Forward: CiiTA Hires a New Evaluator!

Please join us in welcoming the latest talented person to join the CiiTA team: Jennifer Soulagnet. Jennifer will be ably filling the role of Evaluator — enabling us to meet the growing needs of our clients.

Prior to joining CiiTA, Jennifer worked as a senior communication strategist for both WebMD Health Services and Standard Insurance Company in Portland, Oregon. She provided strategic counsel to her corporate clients, developing customized communication campaigns that spanned multiple media, considered clients’ unique needs, and aligned with their program objectives. She builds strong partnerships with executives and subject matter experts to understand business plans and objectives and recommend appropriate communication to help achieve them.

Jennifer earned a bachelor’s degree in English and a master’s degree in strategic communication from the University of Oregon, and she makes her home in southwest Portland. In her free time, she enjoys camping, hiking, and adventuring of all kinds in the Pacific Northwest.
